Class Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your 1-1 online class. To ensure a smooth learning experience for both students and instructors, we have established the following cancellation/rescheduling policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 If you need to cancel a scheduled class, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the start time of the class.
1.2 If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class start time or if you fail to attend the class without prior notice, the paid hour will be counted, and the class will be considered delivered.
1.3 In cases of repeated last-minute cancellations, the instructor/management may review the continuation of the course.

2. Rescheduling Policy:
2.1 You are allowed up to two rescheduled classes within one monthly cycle.( applicable for students with minimum twice-a-week classes)
2.2 Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the original class start time.
2.3 Rescheduled classes must be completed within the same lecture cycle, which is dedicated for one month (approximately 4 weeks).
2.4 In case of emergency situations, the lecture cycle can be extended up to a maximum of 5 weeks to accommodate rescheduled classes.
2.5 After 5 weeks, any remaining hours or classes within the lecture cycle will lapse.

3. Procedure for Cancellation/Rescheduling:
3.1  To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact in your individual WhatsApp group directly.
3.2 Clearly state your request, including the date and time of the class you wish to cancel or reschedule.
 Your instructor/management will confirm the cancellation or rescheduling and provide you with the new class date and time if applicable.

4. Communication:
4.1 Effective communication between students and management is essential. Ensure you maintain open channels of communication regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
