Terms & Conditions

• This quotation is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue. We encourage you to get in touch within this period so we can secure your preferred slot.
• To secure your student’s place, enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the first instalment. We recommend completing this promptly to reserve your preferred slot.
• All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include session materials, progress worksheets, and end-of-cycle progress reports.
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to reschedule a session. This helps us accommodate changes smoothly and ensure your student doesn’t miss out.
• For full rescheduling and cancellation terms, please refer to our Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
• Completed sessions are non-refundable. If circumstances change, unused sessions within a confirmed block may be transferred to a future cycle — please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
• Group sessions are carefully structured to maximise learning outcomes. Occasionally, group compositions may be adjusted to maintain the best learning environment — parents will always be informed in advance.
• All sessions take place online via a secure, encrypted platform. For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection, a device with a working camera, and a quiet learning space.
• Student progress reports are shared at the end of each instalment cycle. Parents are encouraged to schedule quarterly review calls at no extra charge.
• In rare unforeseen circumstances, we may arrange an equally qualified tutor to cover a session. We will always aim to notify you at least 48 hours in advance.
• Any session missed on our end will be rescheduled at no cost to you and will not count against your student’s allocated hours.
